PNW Book Removal provides pickup services for materials from addresses provided by customers. By scheduling a pickup appointment, you agree to provide accurate personal information and address details for the pickup location.

  1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDITIONS

3.1 Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or scheduling a pickup. You are responsible for maintaining and updating your information as necessary.

3.2 Material Preparation

You agree to have all materials completely packed and ready for pickup before the scheduled appointment time. Company reserves the right to refuse service if materials are not properly prepared.

3.3 Ownership Verification

You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of all materials to be picked up and that no items are stolen, illegally obtained, or subject to any lien or encumbrance.


 


 

3.4 Prohibited Items

You confirm that you have checked all materials and that they do not contain any contraband, illegal substances, hazardous materials, or items prohibited by federal, state, or local laws.

3.5 Transfer of Ownership

Upon removal of materials from your premises, you irrevocably transfer all ownership rights and interests in these materials to the Company. You relinquish all rights to the property once it has been removed.

3.6 No Return Policy

You understand and acknowledge that all materials cannot and will not be returned once removed from your address. Company makes no guarantees regarding the disposition of removed items. Company maintains no records of where the materials were removed from and has no ability to return materials, even if requested.

3.7 Service Charge Forfeiture

If Company is unable to remove materials for reasons not caused by Company (including but not limited to: materials not being properly packed, containing prohibited items, being inaccessible, or customer absence), you agree to forfeit your service charge with no refund.

3.8 Accessibility Requirements

Company is not required to move any furniture or other items to access or remove materials from your address. You are responsible for ensuring all materials are readily accessible at the time of pickup.

  1. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

In no event shall PNW Book Removal, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services. Your sole remedy for any breach by Company shall be limited to the return of fees paid for services not provided.

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PNW Book Removal and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensees from all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of this Agreement.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington State.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PNW Book Removal relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior communications between you and PNW Book Removal with respect to our website and services. Company may revise these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
