Fill empty spaces: Use packing material such as newspapers to keep the books safe from damage.
Use packing tape: Securely tape the boxes closed with quality packing tape.
PREPARE THE BOX
Line the bottom: Place a layer of packing paper at the bottom of the box to protect the books.
Reinforce the bottom: Use two layers of packing tape to secure the box.
PACK THE BOOKS BY SIZE
Sort by size: Group books of similar sizes and types together for more efficient packing.
PLACE ALL BOXES IN AN EASILY ACCESSIBLE LOCATION
Select a central box location: Place boxes near an entrance for easier removal.
